Contact

Straight to the point: during the beta there is no support email and no ticket system. This page explains what you can already do on your own, and what will change later.

Many websites hide their real contact channels behind forms that never get a reply. This one takes the opposite approach and says it plainly: while Karaoke Maker is in beta, there is no public support email and no ticket system. Nothing is hidden from you — those channels simply do not exist yet, and inventing a placeholder address would help nobody.

The reason is practical. The project is small and every hour goes into the tools themselves. A support inbox that is answered once a week would be worse than an honest page that tells you how to help yourself right now — so this page exists instead.

Meanwhile, everything runs without an account, so there is no login to break and no profile to recover. Every tool page carries its own FAQ covering the common questions for that specific task, and the privacy and copyright note on every page explains exactly how your files are handled: local processing in the browser, with the AI step disclosed before it runs.

If a tool fails, three fixes solve most cases. First, check the browser support described on the page — desktop Chrome or Edge is recommended, since audio and video encoders are most reliable there. Second, re-upload the file; a transfer can be interrupted without an obvious error. Third, try a WAV file instead of MP3 — WAV decoding always works, while MP3 support can vary slightly between browsers.

Before assuming something is broken, it also helps to re-read the export notes on the tool page. WAV always downloads; MP3 appears only when the browser offers an encoder; videos come out as MP4 where supported and otherwise as clearly labelled WebM, up to three minutes, 720p and 24 frames per second. Most surprises are documented limits, not failures.

A proper support channel will be added when the project leaves beta. No date is promised here, because dates that slip are worse than silence. Until then, this page is the whole truth: no email, no ticket system, no social accounts — just fourteen tools that work in your browser, their FAQs, and an honest explanation of what happens to your files.
